Stock and Orders

All items displayed on this website are in stock unless otherwise stated. Please note in the unlikely event an item is not in stock or in a saleable condition, MyMgCar.com reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Placing an order with us does not constitute a legally binding agreement.

MyMgCar Prices

Please note all the prices displayed on this website are correct at time of publication. In the event an item has been incorrectly priced due to an administrative error we reserve the right to correct the price and contact any buyers of this item in order to rectify the error. In this case, it will be at the discretion of MyMgCar.com whether to continue the order at the existing price, offer a refund or allow the buyer to pay the difference.

Despatch and Delivery

Delivery- We do everything to get all online orders despatched and delivered as soon as possible but there are times where delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control .As a result we are unable to guarantee any delivery times unless provided in writing prior to purchase. All items listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. We do our best to process all orders by the end of the next working day ready for despatch and these are generally sent out and arrive within a few days. Please note we ask to allow up to 14 days for despatch and delivery on all items being sent to the UK and 28 days for International deliveries. Our usual delivery times are generally 1-3 days for UK orders and 5-10 days for International. These are NOT guaranteed however and MyMgCar.com will not be held responsible for delays in the post. Please note if you are ordering parts for fitting we would advise you to arrange this once a part has been received and not prior and MyMgCar.com will not be held responsible for any losses as a result in delay or dispatch.

Some deliveries sent by a signed for service will require a signature for receipt. If you are not available to sign, a card will be left with a number for you to call to rearrange a delivery or collect from the local depot. If sent by a Royal Mail signed for service or your package is not small enough to fit through your letter box and you are not available to take the order, the item will be taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office and will require you to call to rearrange a delivery or collect from the sorting office. Please note that though a postman should leave a card, in some cases they do not. If you have not received your order and we have advised it has been sent by Royal Mail please check with your local sorting office. If you find the postman has not left a card please advise us as we will make a complaint and advise you to do the same.

International Delivery- Please note all our prices and shipment details on the website are currently set up for UK buyers only. We do accept overseas buyers and will be prepared to ship anything to anywhere as long as the shipping cost has been paid. We are implementing the necessary provisions for overseas buyers very soon. In the meantime, overseas buyers are welcome to purchase our items. We will invoice you for the postage cost after your purchase separately. You will be liable to pay this additional cost in order for the item to be processed and despatched. To check the postage cost prior to an order being made for international purchases please email us the items you require and we will be happy to let you know what the cost of postage will be.

Postage and Packaging Cost- Postage and packaging are charged in addition to any price shown unless otherwise stated as free. All our prices are kept as low as possible but includes the full cost for postage, packaging time and materials, taxes etc and is therefore not always just the price of a stamp. All postage prices will be displayed prior to agreeing to purchase and by placing and paying for an order it is considered that this price is accepted. Please note for international buyers this price is not displayed prior to purchase but can be quoted prior to purchase by contacting us. Please note, prices depend on size, value, weight, dimensions and ease of packaging. In some circumstances we may need to contact you to advise you if an item cannot be delivered for the original price quoted and at this point you may decide to proceed by paying the extra charge or cancelling the order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Unwanted Goods- Should you decide you do not want an item, which we have supplied correctly and in accordance with your order and delivered , then you may return this item in its original packaging and unused along with a returns code and necessary details to the address supplied with the code. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of this and to receive your returns code. Please note the item will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge (25% if free postage and packaging was offered with the item). Postage and Packaging will never be refundable including return postage unless an incorrect item has been sent.

Faulty Goods- All our items are tested and checked prior to despatching however, should you purchase a product which is damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of reciept. We will supply a returns code and returns address with information on the necessary details which must accompany the item when being returned. MyMgCar.com holds no responsibility for the failure of a part or product supplied. We will endeavour to help in such circumstances but any warranty or guarantee must be taken up with the manufacturer of the product and no warranty is provided or implied on any item purchased. Any product returned as faulty will be tested and returned to the manufacturer for testing. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged as a result of incorrect fitting we will require a postage fee for the item to be returned or the item will be kept. If an item is found to be faulty as a result of manufacture then a full refund/ replacement will be given with all postage fees covered.
